    This role will provide support and assistance with the Firm’s document management system. Collaborate with the team to deliver quality service to our attorneys and staff so they can, in turn, provide a high level of service to their clients.


    • The Document Management Application Analyst is primarily responsible for second level support of the Document Management (DMS) system
    • Responsible for basic administration tasks and project activities as directed including monthly off hour maintenance and upgrades/system patching
    • Takes part in operational activities and coordinates and educates the helpdesk with regard to the Document Management System
    • Must participate in rolling on-call support schedule
    • Maintains compliance with business preparedness/disaster recovery plans to support the Document Management environment
    • Participates in the development and maintenance of support and system documentation
    • Patches, maintains and reviews logs of relevant systems
    • Use system analysis skills to troubleshoot technical issues
    • Help to document and distribute input back to user constituencies for quality-assurance and content
    • Adhere to all IT and user quality assurance practices
    • Make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure a good proactive working relationship is maintained between your team and other teams within the IT Department, as well as with the users


    • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience administering enterprise wide document management systems. HP/Autonomy WorkSite and FileSite preferred
    • Demonstrated experience and understanding of system support and administration, including patching, maintenance, and log monitoring
    • Demonstrated experience with helpdesk and troubleshooting. Solid knowledge and experience troubleshooting MS Office, Acrobat, and Desktop issues
    • Experience using the WorkSite client suite including FileSite, Email Management and Offsite preferred
    • Familiarity and experience with legal industry and matter centric environments highly desired
    • Experience and/or familiarity with Prosperoware Milan and Intapp Wall Builder
    • Windows operating systems and basic network infrastructure knowledge
    • Must be able to document complex system processes as well as user facing knowledge articles
    • Proficient with MS Office products and troubleshooting
    • Solid understanding of client and server operating systems
    • Solid understanding of IIS and web applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Flexible and tolerant of a demanding environment
    • Works well as an individual as well as part of a team
