    If you enjoy working with team members whose defining characteristics are achievement, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness and adaptability, you may be the person we are seeking to join our Accounting and Analysis department, in Chicago, as an Accountant Level II.


    • Assist with various US and International projects. This includes working with all aspects of the accounting cycle
    • Assist with internal financial statement preparation, presentation, distribution and analysis
    • Prepare monthly journal entries for various general ledger accounts
    • Monitor, analyze and reconcile various general ledger balances and accounts
    • Liaise with all levels of management on accounting projects
    • Trace financial transactions through the entire accounting cycle
    • Prepare various business and government surveys
    • Check signing authority as needed
    • Other projects and duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree, emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred
    • Minimum 4 years applicable experience required
    • Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with Aderant software a plus
    • Must be extremely analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
    • Strong organizational skills required, along with ability to work well both independently and as a member of the accounting team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to commit to assigned deadlines
    • Some lifting and moving of files; up to 25 lbs.
